Port opening procedure (MH)

*Please read the details in the file completely. Every part is important for every process. If you encounter any problems, you can notify the account manager. **When opening an account for the first time, you can only choose to open one platform (MT4 or MT5). If you have any questions about opening an account on a different platform, please notify the account manager.

Account opening procedure

  • It is recommended to fill in the information according to your ID card.

  • After entering your email, press "Send" and the system will send a code to the entered email address.

  • Enter the code in the "Email Verification Code" field.

  • Fill in all information and tick to accept the agreement.

  • Press "Open Account"



  • Choose to open an MT4 or MT5 account (you can open only one platform. If you want to change platforms, please inform your account manager)

  • Account type and leverage are fixed for Hero Investor team.

  • Sign and press Save Signature.

  • Tick to accept the agreement and press "Confirm".



  • Then follow the system steps until you reach the identity verification document submission page.

  • Select the type of document you want to submit and press "Continue".

  • Then follow the steps to take a photo of the document and send it online.



  • After successful registration, the broker will send you an email to confirm your identity and an email to confirm account opening.

  • Submit your account information to the account manager to set up the system (log-in in MT4/MT5).
